CrossFit Teens is a program designed to challenge your teen and make them physically and mentally strong to help prepare them for life. Our teens perform a slightly scaled down version of the regular adult workouts. If your teen doesn’t like team sports or wants to improve their performance in their sport, CrossFit will do it. CrossFit improves your strength, stamina, and mental toughness to help them overcome any obstacle or challenge thrown their way. Teens is offered 2x a week on Monday & Thursdays at 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm.
