Orientation Dates: Friday, 10/18/19 at 6:30 pm – OR – Saturday, 10/19/19 at 9 am

CHALLENGE INCLUDES:

  • Program Orientation and Nutrition
  • 18 (1-hour) specialty programmed classes delivering fast results
  • Accountability from your fellow participants, coaches and most important to yourself
  • 1 on 1 Consult with our in-house Health Coach
  • Before and after measurements
  • Certified CrossFit Coach in a small group atmosphere providing close attention to each participants workout
